Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We does not entertain return. We only replace/exchange items if they are defective, damaged or below quality. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aazoo.in with images/video of product within 3 days of shipment received.

Cancellation

After placing order, if order is not shipped, you can cancel your order without any charge. but if order shipped than you have to bear actual shipping cost .

Refunds

We either exchange or refund in case of defective, damaged or below quality products.

if your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to  original method of payment, within a 7 working  days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
